The SiT8208 is a high-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 PPM. It offers ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and features a 4-pin package in sizes including 3.2 x 2.5 mm. Operating temperature ranges are extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) or industrial (-40°C to +85°C). The device consumes 29 to 31 mA at 20 MHz depending on supply voltage, supports 1.71-3.63 V supply ranges, and meets RoHS and REACH compliance with 2 FIT reliability. It is a pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators.
