The SiT8208 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz accurate to six decimal places, with ±10 PPM frequency stability and 0.5 ps RMS phase jitter from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators in 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm 4-pin packages, supports industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and consumes 29 to 33 mA depending on supply voltage. The device features 2 FIT reliability, RoHS and REACH compliance, and standby current as low as 10 µA at 1.8 V.
