The SiT8208 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator designed for applications requiring precise timing, such as SATA, SAS, Ethernet, PCI Express, and wireless systems. It supports frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 ppm and achieves ultra-low RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). Available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges.
