The SiT8208 is a high-performance LVCMOS oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators and supports standard 4-pin packages in sizes of 2.5 × 2.0, 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm. The device achieves ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and frequency stability up to ±10 ppm. Operating temperature ranges are extended commercial (−20 °C to +70 °C) and industrial (−40 °C to +85 °C). Supply voltage options include 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, and 3.3 V. The part is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, with a reliability rating of 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF.
