The SiT8208 is a high-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator offering frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 ppm. It provides ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. Available in standard 4-pin packages sized 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it is a pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8, 2.5, 2.8, or 3.3 V and draws 29 to 33 mA at 20 MHz depending on voltage.
