The SiT8208 is a Ultra Performance Oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM and ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is available in standard 4-pin packages including 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, and provides LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output. The device operates over extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) and industrial (-40 to +85 °C) temperature ranges, supports supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, and 3.3V, and consumes 29 to 33 mA at 20 MHz. It features 100% pin-to-pin compatibility with quartz-based oscillators, 2 FIT reliability, and is Pb-free, RoHS, and REACH compliant.
