The SiT8208 is a high-performance LVCMOS oscillator offering frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 ppm. It features ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz), operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and supports supply voltages of 1.8, 2.5, 2.8, or 3.3 V. The oscillator is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It is a pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators, has a 2 FIT failure rate, and meets RoHS and REACH standards.
