The SiT8009B is a high-frequency, low-power oscillator with an output frequency range of 115 to 137 MHz, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It offers frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm and operates over industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C. The device consumes 4.9 mA typical at 1.8 V and includes standby mode to extend battery life. It features a fast 5 ms startup time and LVCMOS/HCMOS-compatible output. Available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. The oscillator is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no Pb, halogens, or antimony. Jitter performance is as low as 1.9 ps RMS at 125 MHz. It meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 environmental standards and is suitable for networking, embedded, and communications applications.
