SiT8008B is a low power programmable oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with stability as low as ±20 ppm and operating temperatures from -40°C to 85°C. It has a supply voltage range of 1.62 V to 3.63 V, consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and features a 5 ms startup time with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output.
