The SiT8008B is a low power programmable oscillator providing frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with ±20 ppm frequency stability over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It operates from a supply voltage between 1.62 V and 3.63 V, consuming 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device features LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, 5 ms startup time, standby mode with current as low as 0.2 µA, and industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
