The SiT8008B is a low-power programmable oscillator capable of generating any frequency between 1 MHz and 110 MHz with six-digit accuracy, offering a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XOs. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with a typical current draw of 3.5 mA at 1.8 V and includes standby mode for reduced power consumption. The device supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and features a fast 5 ms startup time with LVCMOS/HCMOS-compatible outputs.
