SiT8008B is a low power programmable oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with stability as low as ±20 ppm, operating from -40°C to 85°C and supporting supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. It consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, features a 5 ms startup time, and includes standby mode for power savings. The device is available in industry-standard packages: 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, with LVCMOS/HCMOS output. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, and pin-compatible with quartz XOs.
