The SiT8008B is a low-power programmable oscillator offering any frequency between 1 MHz and 110 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XOs. It is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Operating from -40°C to 85°C, it consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. It features a 5 ms startup time, LVCMOS/HCMOS output, standby mode with μA-level current draw, and meets RoHS and REACH compliance. Frequency stability is specified as ±20 ppm inclusive of initial tolerance, aging, and temperature variation. The device is qualified for high-speed serial protocols and industrial applications but is not AEC-Q100 certified.
