The SiT5358 is a precision MEMS Super-TCXO offering ±50 ppb frequency stability from -40°C to 105°C, with a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm ceramic package. It supports output frequencies from 1 MHz to 60 MHz in 1 Hz steps, with LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs, and operates at 2.8 V supply voltage. The device integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO and provides digital frequency control via I2C with 5 ppt resolution and up to ±3200 ppm pull range. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no activity dips or micro jumps, and is resistant to shock, vibration, and board bending.
