The SiT5358 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz ultra-precision Super-TCXO with ±50 ppb frequency stability over -40°C to 105°C, featuring a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm ceramic package. It integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs, offers LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output, and supports voltage-controlled frequency tuning (VCTCXO) with a pull range up to ±3200 ppm. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no activity dips or micro jumps, and is resistant to shock, vibration, and board bending.
