The SiT5358 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz Super-TCXO with ±50 ppb frequency stability over -40°C to 105°C, housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm ceramic package. It features DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for high dynamic stability under vibration, shock, airflow, and electromagnetic interference. The device includes on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs and offers DCTCXO mode with I2C digital frequency control, providing a pull range of up to ±3200 ppm and a resolution of 5 ppt. It operates with 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V supply voltage and supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs. RoHS and REACH compliant, it is designed for telecom, networking, GNSS, and precision timing applications.
