The SiT5357 is a 60 MHz to 220 MHz precision MEMS Super-TCXO with ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature and a typical frequency slope of ±1 ppb/°C, designed for telecom, networking, and GNSS applications. It operates from -40°C to +105°C, features LVCMOS output, and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. The device is packaged in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm surface-mount case and meets Telcordia GR-1244-CORE Stratum 3 specifications. It supports digital frequency pulling via I2C with up to ±3200 ppm range and 5 ppt resolution. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no activity dips or micro jumps, and is resistant to shock, vibration, and board bending.
