The SiT5356 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz Stratum 3 compliant Super-TCXO with ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature, operating from -40°C to +105°C. It uses a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm package and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. Available in TCXO, VCTCXO, and DCTCXO configurations, this part supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output and operates at supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. It meets Telcordia GR-1244-CORE specifications and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
