The SiT5356 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz Stratum 3 compliant Super-TCXO with ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature, operating from -40°C to +105°C. It features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, LVCMOS output, and on-chip regulators that eliminate the need for an external LDO. The device supports 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, and 3.3 V supply voltages and is RoHS and REACH compliant. It delivers 1.5e-11 ADEV at 10 seconds averaging time and meets Telcordia GR-1244-CORE specifications.
