The SiT5356 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz precision MEMS Super-TCXO compliant with Telcordia GR-1244-CORE Stratum 3 specifications, offering ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature and a typical frequency slope of ±1 ppb/°C. It operates from -40°C to +105°C in a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm package with LVCMOS output, and includes on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. The device supports 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, and 3.3 V supply voltages, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
