The SiT5356 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz Stratum 3 compliant Super-TCXO with ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature, operating from -40°C to +105°C. It features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, LVCMOS output, and operates at 2.8 V supply voltage. The device integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs, offers no activity dips or micro jumps, and is resistant to shock, vibration, and board bending. It meets Telcordia GR-1244-CORE Stratum 3 specifications and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
