The SiT5356 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO compliant with Telcordia GR-1244-CORE Stratum 3 specifications, featuring ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature, a typical frequency slope of ±1 ppb/°C, and 1.5e-11 ADEV at 10 seconds. It operates from -40°C to +105°C in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, with LVCMOS output, supports 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, and 3.3 V supply voltages, and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. This variant is configured as a TCXO with output enable on pin 1, industrial temperature range, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
