The SiT5356 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz precision MEMS Super-TCXO compliant with Telcordia GR-1244-CORE Stratum 3 specifications, designed for high-reliability telecommunications and networking applications. It features a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm package, operates from -40°C to +105°C, and provides ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature with a typical frequency slope of ±1 ppb/°C.
