The SiT5356 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz Stratum 3 compliant Super-TCXO with ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature, operating from -40°C to +105°C. It features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm surface-mount package, LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output, and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. This device supports I2C digital frequency control with up to ±3200 ppm pull range and 5 ppt resolution, and meets Telcordia GR-1244-CORE specifications. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free construction.
