The SiT5356 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz precision MEMS Super-TCXO with ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature, compliant to Telcordia GR-1244-CORE Stratum 3 specifications. It operates from -40°C to +105°C in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package with LVCMOS output, and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for external LDOs.
