The SiT5348 is a precision MEMS Super-TCXO designed for aerospace and defense applications, offering ±50 ppb frequency stability from -40°C to 105°C with a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm ceramic package. It features an acceleration sensitivity of 0.009 ppb/g, on-chip power regulators eliminating external LDOs, and supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs at 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. The device includes digital frequency control via I2C with 5 ppt resolution and a pull range up to ±3200 ppm, no activity dips, and high shock survivability exceeding 30,000 g. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
