The SiT5347 is a ruggedized MEMS Super-TCXO designed for high-reliability defense, space, avionics, and precision communications applications. It operates from 60 MHz to 220 MHz in 1 Hz steps with a frequency stability of ±100 ppb across temperature, and offers acceleration sensitivity of 0.009 ppb/g or 0.1 ppb/g. The device features an LVCMOS output, operates from 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V supply voltages, and is available in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. It supports digital frequency pulling via I2C with up to ±3200 ppm range and 5 ppt resolution, and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for external LDOs. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
