The SiT5157 is a 60 MHz to 220 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability telecom, wireless, networking, industrial, GNSS, and audio/video applications. It features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, LVCMOS output, and operates from -40°C to +105°C. The device integrates on-chip power regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO, and offers ±0.5 ppm stability across temperature with a typical frequency slope of ±15 ppb/°C. It is resistant to shock, vibration, and board bending, with no activity dips or micro jumps. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
