The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. It operates from -40°C to +105°C and features on-chip regulators that eliminate the need for an external LDO. The device supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output, operates at 2.8 V supply voltage, and includes an output enable function. It is factory programmable for any frequency in 1 Hz steps and resists environmental stressors such as vibration, shock, and thermal perturbation. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, and Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
