The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. It operates from -40°C to +105°C and features on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. This variant is a VCTCXO with a 3.0 V supply voltage and clipped sinewave output, offering analog frequency control via a voltage input. It supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs, is RoHS and REACH compliant, and is resistant to environmental stressors including vibration, shock, and thermal transients.
