The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. It operates from -40°C to +105°C and features on-chip regulators that eliminate the need for an external LDO. This variant is a VCTCXO with a 2.8 V supply voltage and a clipped sinewave output, supporting voltage-controlled frequency tuning. It delivers ±15 ppb/°C typical frequency slope and is resistant to environmental stressors including vibration, shock, and electromagnetic interference. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, with Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free construction.
