The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability telecom, wireless, networking, industrial, GNSS, and audio/video applications. It features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, operates from -40°C to +105°C, and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. The device supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs, operates at 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V, and includes a DCTCXO variant with I2C control for digital frequency pulling up to ±3200 ppm at 5 ppt resolution. RoHS and REACH compliant.
