The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability telecom, wireless, networking, industrial, GNSS, and audio/video applications. It operates from -40°C to +105°C in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package with LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output. This device supports voltage-controlled frequency tuning (VCTCXO) via an analog control input, with a 3.3 V supply and on-chip regulators that eliminate the need for an external LDO. It features no activity dips, immunity to shock, vibration, and board bending, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
