The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability telecom, wireless, and precision GNSS applications. It operates from -40°C to +105°C and features on-chip power supply regulators that eliminate the need for an external LDO. The part is packaged in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm surface-mount case with LVCMOS output and a 3.0 V supply voltage. It includes digital frequency pulling via I2C with 5 ppt resolution and supports output enable control. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
