The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. It operates from -40°C to +105°C, supports LVCMOS output, and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for external LDOs. This variant provides a fixed 10.000000 MHz output, 3.3 V supply voltage, and active-high output enable via pin 1. It offers ±15 ppb/°C typical frequency slope, resists shock and vibration, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
