The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. It operates from -40°C to +105°C and features on-chip power regulators that eliminate the need for an external LDO. The device supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs, with supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. It is available in TCXO, VCTCXO, and DCTCXO configurations, with DCTCXO variants offering digital frequency tuning via I²C at 5 ppt resolution and up to ±3200 ppm pull range. RoHS and REACH compliant, it resists shock, vibration, and thermal transients, and is designed for high-reliability telecom, GNSS, and networking applications.
