The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability across -40°C to +105°C, housed in a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm package. It features on-chip power regulators to eliminate external LDOs, supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs, and operates at 3.0 V supply voltage. The device offers factory-programmable frequencies in 1 Hz steps and resists dynamic disturbances from airflow, vibration, and thermal shock. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no activity dips or micro jumps.
