The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. It operates from -40°C to +105°C and features on-chip regulators that eliminate the need for an external LDO. The device supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs with supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. It resists environmental stressors including vibration, shock, and electromagnetic interference, and provides digital frequency pulling via I2C with 5 ppt resolution up to ±3200 ppm. RoHS and REACH compliant, it is designed for high-reliability telecom, wireless, GNSS, and industrial applications.
