The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, packaged in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm surface-mount case. It operates from -40°C to +105°C and features on-chip power regulators that eliminate the need for an external LDO. This device supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output and offers a VCTCXO configuration with a 2.5 V supply voltage and voltage-controlled frequency tuning. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no activity dips or micro jumps, and is resistant to shock, vibration, and board bending.
