The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability applications in telecom, networking, and GNSS systems. It operates from -40°C to +105°C and is packaged in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm surface-mount case. The device integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO and offers LVCMOS output. This variant, configured as a TCXO with non-pullable output, uses a 3.3 V supply and has output enable functionality via pin 1.
