The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, packaged in a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm surface-mount format. It operates from -40°C to +105°C, features on-chip power regulators eliminating the need for an external LDO, and supports LVCMOS output at 3.3 V supply voltage. The device offers factory-programmable frequency settings in 1 Hz steps and is resistant to environmental stressors including vibration, shock, and temperature perturbations. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free construction.
