The SiT5155 is a ±0.5 ppm MEMS Super-TCXO designed for GNSS/GPS applications, housed in a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm package. It operates from -40°C to +105°C, features on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for external LDOs, and offers LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs. The device supports digital frequency control via I2C with a pull range up to ±3200 ppm and frequency resolution down to 5 ppt. It provides ±0.5 ppm frequency stability across temperature and is RoHS and REACH compliant. No activity dips or micro jumps are present, and it is resistant to shock, vibration, and board bending.
