The SiT5155 is a ±0.5 ppm MEMS Super-TCXO designed for GNSS/GPS precision timing applications, housed in a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm package. It operates across -40°C to +105°C with frequency stability of ±0.5 ppm and a typical frequency slope of ±15 ppb/°C. The device supports 2.8 V supply voltage and provides a clipped sinewave output at 16.367600 MHz. On-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO, and it features digital frequency pulling via I₂C with a programmable pull range up to ±3200 ppm. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no activity dips or micro jumps, and is resistant to shock, vibration, and board bending.
