The SiT5146 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. It features an ultra-low acceleration sensitivity of 0.009 ppb/g, operates from -40°C to +105°C, and includes on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs. The device supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output and a supply voltage of 3.3 V ±10%. It offers digital frequency control via I2C with 5 ppt resolution and a pull range up to ±3200 ppm, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
