The SiT5021 is a 1 to 220 MHz high-performance differential (VC) TCXO with LVPECL or LVDS output signaling, offering 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±5 ppm. It operates across industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 × 2.5 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, or 7.0 × 5.0 mm. The part supports a 2.25 to 3.63 V supply range and includes control voltage tuning with a pull range of ±12.5, ±25, or ±50 ppm. It meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 standards for mechanical shock, vibration, and temperature cycling, and is MSL1 rated for soldering.
