The SiT5021 is a 1 to 220 MHz high-performance differential (VC) TCXO with LVPECL or LVDS output signaling, available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It offers frequency stability as low as ±5 ppm over the industrial temperature range of -40 to +85°C and extended commercial range of -20 to +70°C, with 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. The device supports a supply voltage range of 2.25 to 3.63 V, has a pull range of ±12.5, ±25, or ±50 ppm, and operates with a 6-pin pinout including control voltage, output enable, and standby functions. Startup and resume times are 6 to 10 ms, and it meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 moisture sensitivity standards.
