The SiT5000 is a standard frequency MEMS (VC)TCXO designed as a pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz-based oscillators in applications such as WiFi, LTE, and networking. It offers 27 standard frequencies between 10 MHz and 40 MHz, with frequency stability as low as ±5 ppm over the operating temperature range. The device provides LVCMOS output with a SoftEdge™ option for EMI reduction and supports voltage control, standby, and output enable modes. It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Operating supply voltages include 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, and 3.3V, with a pull range of ±12.5 ppm. Phase jitter is 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz), and reliability is rated at 2 FIT.
