The SiT3921 is a digitally controlled differential oscillator (DCXO) generating frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with factory-programmable accuracy to six decimal places. It offers pull ranges of ±25 to ±1600 ppm and a typical linearity of 0.2%, with RMS phase jitter below 0.75 ps over 12 kHz to 20 MHz. The device operates in industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperature ranges and supports LVPECL and LVDS output standards with supply voltages of 2.25-2.75 V or 2.97-3.63 V. Current consumption is 47-69 mA depending on output type, and it is packaged in industry-standard sizes of 3.2 mm × 2.5 mm, 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm, or 7.0 mm × 5.0 mm. It features digital frequency control via a 40-bit protocol and meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 environmental standards.
