SiT3808 is a high-performance MEMS VCXO generating 1 MHz to 80 MHz with ±10 ppm frequency stability and pull ranges up to ±1600 ppm. It features ≤1% pull linearity, LVCMOS/LVTTL output, and operates over extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) or industrial (-40°C to +85°C) temperature ranges. Available in 2.7 mm × 2.4 mm, 3.2 mm × 2.5 mm, 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm, or 7.0 mm × 5.0 mm packages with 4 or 6 pins. Supply voltage ranges from 1.71 V to 3.63 V, consuming 29 mA to 33 mA at 20 MHz. Control voltage input is 0.1 V to Vdd, with 100 kΩ impedance and 5 pF capacitance. RMS period jitter is 1.5 ps to 3 ps. It is RoHS and REACH compliant and meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 environmental standards.
