SiT3808 is a high-performance MEMS VCXO generating 1 MHz to 80 MHz with ±10 ppm stability and pull ranges from ±25 ppm to ±1600 ppm. It offers LVCMOS/LVTTL output, ≤1% linearity, and operates across industrial (-40°C to +85°C) or extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperatures. Available in 2.7×2.4 mm, 3.2×2.5 mm, 5.0×3.2 mm, and 7.0×5.0 mm packages with 4-pin or 6-pin configurations. Supply voltage ranges from 1.71 V to 3.63 V; current consumption is 31 mA maximum at 20 MHz. RMS period jitter is 1.5 ps at 20 MHz and 3.3 V. RoHS and REACH compliant.
